Strategic Partnerships

POTP wants to partner with local organizations, municipalities, churches, and parishes to bridge gaps and make connections to better uplift communities. Through collaboration, we strive to identify the needs of those on the margins and combine assets and skills to provide assistance. POTP seeks to act as the missing link between the person in need and the resources that can restore them.

Organizational Assistance

POTP provides planning to help move your organization’s mission or pastoral vision forward. We can assist with administrative tasks, volunteer coordination, and create a tailor-made action plan so you can stay focused on the goals of your organization. Beyond planning, we can assist you in implementing these plans alongside you to strengthen your work and expand your impact in the community.

Presentations & Events

POTP has a variety of presentations that can help you bring awareness or training to your audience. Topics include but are not limited to: Mental Health & Wellness for all ages, Immigration, Gen Alpha, Stress Management, Leadership Training, Outreach to Displaced Persons, and Nutrition. We provide both in-house and guest speakers to meet the scope of what you are looking to accomplish including age ranges and languages.

Blankets of Blessings

Mary Tornabene of POTP offers crochet lessons to volunteers for making handmade gifts that serve as a tangible expression of care, helping to build trusting relationships with families during an incredibly tender time. When families face the overwhelming trial of having a newborn in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), we step in with a personalized ministry of care: gifting handmade, crocheted baby blankets. This simple act of love builds a foundation of trust during a season of profound vulnerability. By walking alongside these families, POTP acts as a compassionate bridge—connecting parents to vital resources, ongoing support, and a community that cares for them.
